8. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We ensure high quality in every product. However, if a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, it will be eligible for replacement.

Conditions for Replacement:

1. Notify us within 24 hoursof delivery via phone or email.
2. Provide clear photos or an unboxing video showing the defect or damage.
3. The product must be unused and in original packaging.
4. Upon verification, a replacement will be arranged. Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.
5. Products delivered in perfect condition are not eligible for return or refund.

10. LIFETIME WARRANTY

We offer a Lifetime Warranty on the 24-carat gold plating of our deity pictures. We recommend registering your product with us, so that we can help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. The warranty covers only the gold-plated foil surface, ensuring its longevity under normal use conditions.
2. The frame or casing is covered under a 1-year warrantyfrom the date of purchase.
3. Warranty is valid only upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase.
4. Any unauthorized repair or tampering by third parties will void the warranty.
5. Warranty repairs or replacements will be carried out only by the company or its authorized representatives.
6. The warranty is non-transferableand applies only to the original purchaser.

The “AUMM” customer service team shall reserve to right to final decision for all potential free of charge’ warranty claim if the information shared is incomplete/ illegible for the claim / fault in the Customer details. Also, the same colour preference in case of replacement will be subject to availability of stock, thus replacement will be with product closest to the original purchased product.
